.NET Developer 

Location: Fort Knox, KY

Length: 1 year

US Citizenship preferred, but not required

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
Participates as a member of a development team. Performs analysis of functional requirements. Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests under minimal supervision. Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area. Applies intermediate foundation of function's principles, theories, and concepts to assignments. Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Exercise expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts. 

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• Minimum of three years of software development experience 
• Experience using web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Experience using ASP.NET MVC 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience 
• Application development foundation and general analytical skills 
• Understanding of object oriented programming and development 
• Security+ certification 

ESSENTIAL NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• Strong written and verbal communications 
• DOD Secret Clearance 
• Ability to work in small, rapid-development teams in a fluid environment 

OPTIMUM CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION: 
• Experience working on an agile development team 
• Experience with Team Foundation Server 
• Experience with SQL Server 2008 or greater 
• Experience with Army Recruiting and/or Military Human Resources Capital Management
