Must Haves – Skills:

Framework (web servers) Spring & hibernate
Hands on person who has the above skills
Experience with Test Driven development
Nice to Have/Skills:
Familiarity with GIT
Understanding of J2EE
How many years of experience?
8+years of Java development experience
Design and develop high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems, delivering highavailability and performance
