Oracle Applications Business System Analyst who is experienced in CRM track( Install base, Service Contracts, Customer TCA, etc.) for Oracle E-Business Suite release 11i and higher) and must be proficient in doing Data migrations/data conversions/integrations for Customers, Contacts, Service Contracts and Install Base data. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions, preparing functional specifications, setups, testing of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices. The Oracle Applications Functional Analyst works in collaboration with Technical Leads, Business Users, Oracle DBAs, System Administrators, India development team, etc. on all functional aspects of the Oracle E-Business suite modules. The individual should have experience in analyzing complex system requirements, critical business processes and information systems.

 

Requirement:

- 6 plus years of experience in oracle applications in business systems functional area in data conversion, interfaces, reports mainly in CRM( Install base, Service Contracts, Service Requests, Quoting etc)

- 3+ years in CRM Business area and possesses excellent knowledge of industry process with specific emphasis on Service Contracts, Install Base, OM, Trading community Architecture (TCA) and configuration of these in the Oracle CRM eBusiness Suite

- 2+ years of experience in Data migrations/data conversions/integrations for Customers, Contacts, Service Contracts and Install Base data

- Expertise in data cleansing and data migrations for Customer, Contacts, Install Base and Service Contracts.

- Knowledge to other ERP modules will be good but not necessary.

- Knowledge of standard testing methodologies (unit, system, integration, regression, migration etc.

- Experience with performing and leading Unit testing and User Acceptance Testing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a team player, collaborative problem solver with a professional manner.
