Client: US Air Force & Lockheed Martin

Location: Dayton Ohio (Fairborn Ohio)

Duration: 3-5 year contract extendable to 10 years. Renews every 6 months.

Position: Logical and Physical Modeler with ErWin experience.  Prefer some Teradata experience as well.

 

US Citizenship is REQUIRED.

US Department of Defense Secret Clearance: Preferred or may be required.. we are checking.

 

 

Responsibilities: enterprise data modeling team member for the  Data Services data warehouse;  
• Developed and presented data modeling orientation training for new developers
• Write data modeling how-to documents for developers and Data Services staff
• Create baseline models for new spiral developments, ensuring developers had accurate production database information and current Data Services ERwin domain dictionary
• Provide direct data modeling liaison support to development teams
• Presented several exhaustive data model walk-throughs for Air Force customer as part of source-to-target verification of Data Services data feeds
• Participate in designing and deploying a new Metadata Repository; a data modeling initiative integrating for first time ERwin production model metadata, current Teradata database catalog information, and Air Force standardized data element metadata
- ERwin API used to automatically extract production model metadata to repository
