Job Title : Jr. Project Manager
Location:  Hartford, CT
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Rate: 50-54$/hr on C2C

Required Skills:
Minimum of seven years of Project Management or equivalent experience in the total project life cycle with increasing levels of complexity.
They must have the capabilities and experience to independently and with quality complete the following activities:
Develop integrated project plan with detailed tasks and work efforts, dependencies, milestones and critical path
Share project allocations and skills needed with resource managers in a timely manner to allow for effective staffing
Proactively perform risk management and mitigation, issue management and resolution
Manage change control process and associated approvals
Drive the estimating process at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle
Report timely and accurate project status
Excellent communication skills, Influencing skills, Negotiation capabilities, Ability to resolve conflicts, Expectation management
