Qualifications

Experience working in eCommerce releases     
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. Masters degree a plus.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in IT project and/or program management working in a retail environment.
Hands-on expert in project planning and execution including: scope definition and management, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, client relationship management, and project team management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills and must be able to work with diverse project teams with members representing many segments and levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including C-Level and Sr. Management presentations.
Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Detailed business process analysis and re-engineering a plus.
PMP Certification is desirable.
