Texas is the 2nd most populous state with 25.7 million people.  VT, what percentage is 263 or 115 of that number over a period of 5 years?  My calculator won't hold that many zeroes.  Meanwhile, check your own state of deaths due to the cold and heat. My guess is it's way higher than Texas.  On second thought, maybe you ought to take a valium and have a little nap.
