A group company within our client currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, IL.

 

Qualifications:

The Business analyst will perform a General Program Coordination role and responsiblities.  This person will be responsible for assisting the ICP Integration Office Program Manager and other Integration Office Leadership with duties as assigned.  The successful individual will have:- considerable project and program experience - be able to navigate the organization to deliver results in a timely manner- be a self-starter and driver- have strong communication skills (verbal and written)- strong facilitation skills and drive results- leadership skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationOverall, they must be able to work with little supervision and be comfortable with working in the grey and on ad hoc items. 

 

Required Qualifications:

Qualification: Facilitation experience

Minimum Years Required: 3

 

Qualification: Project and/or Program Experience

Minimum Years Required: 3

 

Qualification: Experience communicating at all levels of the organization

Minimum Years Required: 3
