Job Description:
Sr. Software Build Engineer
Support build and deployment process across multiple environment and platforms
Support a variety of complex software packaging and deployment processes
Breakdown tasks for building, packaging, and deployment of software
Create and maintain new packages and delta builds
Creating and executing deployment execution scripts
Work with various tools to generate documentation and script for effective and reliable builds and deployments across multiple pre-production environments
Manage packaging process
Manage packaging environment
Conduct build, package, and deployment activities across multiple technical teams
Mandatory Requirements
Experience with subversion, sourcesafe, CVS, or other version control software
Experience with Kornshell and Perl
Proficient in Unix/Linux
Proficient in SQL
Beneficial Requirements
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI)
Experience with Anthill Pro
Experience with Apache Maven
Experience with Electric Cloud
Experience with Hudson
Experience with VMWare
Working knowledge of BEA Tuxedo
Proficient in Windows XP
