And this was at the height of the clinton boom years, it would be difficult to do any worse even if you purposely tried to sabotage a states economy....and this is the "economic acumen" you jackasses yearn for.. haha...
I doubt you even know what GDP stands for. And 2002-2006 was the height of the Bush boom years, not the rapist pig from Arkansas.
