Skills Required and Job Description:

Web Developer (Strong PHP skills) Skills: Working knowledge of HTML5,  PHP, XML, JavaScript, .NET and CSS with strong PC experience, hand-coding skills, content management, SVN, and use of Include files is required.  Sharepoints a plus Position: This position utilizes a strategic and highly creative approach to design functionality to enhance marketing efforts and non-member web sites. Assist with the planning and production of marketing and website content for multiple products across all online media, including emails, up-sells and other web-based promotions. Assist with managing development, site design, and implementation of member and non-member websites. Responsibilities Design and Content * Create and maintain marketing and website content daily for our company non member marketing efforts and websites. * Utilize artistic flair to code breakthrough creative and marketing concepts. * Determine and achieve business requirements by working one-on-one with Software Development, Marketing, Legal, Creative, Product, and Management teams. * Investigate and apply new web-based technologies, methods and design solutions. Production and Development * Code HTML/XML pages for company marketing efforts and web sites, working closely with the Creative and Software Development teams. * Work with Software Development to design and implement site updates and enhancements, define the overall scope of projects, coordinate across departments to ensure successful delivery of the project. * Manage rollouts and major releases across development, staging and production systems, working closely with technical teams to monitor and troubleshoot the production system. * Test content across all browsers and versions to ensure pages load correctly and functionality works properly. * Daily updates to company marketing web sites. * Ensure all marketing efforts are at top performance and speed and ensure the user experience is always engaging and easy to use.. * Stay up-to-date with the company sites restrictions and regulations. Requirements * Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related field. * Working knowledge of HTML, WordPress, PHP, XML, JavaScript, .NET and CSS with strong PC experience, hand-coding skills, content management, SVN, and use of Include files is required. * Entry level experience with web development; including strategy, design, functionality, and implementation is required. * Basic software development skills * Formal training in graphic design with Photoshop/Fireworks and Back-end programming experience a plus. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional follow through is critical * Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with management, clients, and peers both verbally and in writing. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and complete work within specified deadlines * Excellent attention to detail and accountability. * Demonstrated capability for problem solving and resolution.
