Title: Automation Tester With BA & Retail Exp

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Duration: 6+ Months

Start: ASAP 

 

The Job Description is as follows:

 

 

-->Test Automation(L3)-Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools. Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client. Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.

 

-->Web Testing(L3)-Should have good knowledge &  concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage

 

-->Application Testing(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

 

-->Business Analyst(L3)-Excellent knowledge of specific process and familiarity with the other upstream processes. Should have practical experience in a Business Analyst Role. Should be able to map the business process onto application requirements. Able to make customer presentations/proposals and influence the customer. Is well versed with latest trends/regulations in the upstream domain. Should be able to drive customer workshops and lead requirement gathering phase. Has good understanding of the latest IT trends driving upstream industry

 

-->Retail(L4)-In-depth knowledge of business processes ( in-store, supply chain, warehouse management.) and work flow of retail business worldwide. Experience in Retail business. Knowledge of retail and retail IT trends Knowledge of application of retail specific products - Oracle Retail, Retek. etc Capable of guiding business analysts in capturing business requirements and getting it translated to functional and technical specifications Experience as domain consultant for major projects in Retail domain Capable of providing solutions and guiding business analysts translate the same into requirements. Capable of performing sales support and due diligence activities Ability to identify key GTM with 3-5year plan and initiating with CoE, partners and respective service lines Ability to chair customer round table conferences and discussions on technology, consumer trends driving business strategies Ability to build consulting team for business plan in line with organizational strategy
