Greetings Learned Colleagues,

I have published the above compendium of tax laws in Malawi. It is well tracked and up to date , 2018 reproduction with all the amendments of Taxation Act, Value Added Tax, and Customs and Excise Duty Act.

Tax laws are the most dynamic pieces of legislation because they are amended almost every year to serve varoous economic and social goals of Government. This necessitates that the laws are regularly updated on yearly basis with various amendments fir ease of reference.More often Legal Practitioners have proceeded under repealed law in absence of well updated compendium.

The compendium is pegged at MK150,000.00 I have as well THE DIGEST OF TAX CASES IN MALAWI. It contants tax decisions from 1956 to 2018.It is pegged at Mk100,000.00.
