Client is looking for high-energy, experienced developer with solid experience in Java, Angular, and database development to help drive design, development, and maintenance of our internal systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in service development via Java coupled with excellent understanding of UI development via Angular (2.x preferred) and have relevant experience in multi-tiered architectures, object oriented analysis and design, and MVC based solution design and development. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Job Description
Typical tasks and work products include:
§ Design and Develop internal and external web-based applications
§ Design, code, test, document and debug software applications
§ Lead other developers in an agile environment
§ Evaluate and provide technical solutions to complex application development problems
Job Requirements:
§ Knowable in AngularJS (2.0 and above)
§ Hands on experience with MySQL/SQL and NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra) databases
§ Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
§ J2EE, MVC (Struts), Spring, JDBC, JSP, JSF, relational databases, SQL, XML, Servlets, Web Services and JavaScript required
§ Full Systems Development Life Cycle projects utilizing the JAVA 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platform
§ Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, modeling and OAF
§ Familiarity with Inversion of Control (IoC) and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) and frameworks, preferable the Spring framework.
§ Experience with version control systems, preferable GIT.
§ Knowledge of Functional or Automated Testing methods/tools like JUnit and JMeter.
§ Cassandra DB or NoSQL experience
§ AWS would be great, as well.
Other knowledge or expertise required:
§ BS in Computer Science or related discipline
§ 8+ years of hands on experience
§ Strong problem solving and decision making skills
§ Strong communication skills
§ Self-motivated professional who demonstrates strong technical agility and responsiveness and who is eager to learn and grow within a consulting-like Technology Services organization.
§ Clear thinking, fact-based and to the point professionals who looks forward to working within a creative team atmosphere.
Note: Must have Lead experience
Senior candidate with 10+ years of experience
Must have Angular 2.0 experience
