·         Should Have good understanding of NetIQ IDM product

·         Should have executed 1-2 NetIQ IDM projects

·         Should have good understanding of Java/J2EE

·         Should have good understating of driver installation and configuration (AD, Exchange, JDBC)

·         Should have good understanding of DirXML scripting

·         Should have good understanding of user application and configuration

·         Should have good understanding of PRD development ( ECMA Script)

·         Should have good understanding of LDAP
