Role: Lead Network Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

LOCALS required F2F

LOCAL Travel Required between two data centers so must have a car.

Must have GC or USC. No H-1B

Years of experience: 5+ years                           

Top 5 Technology Requirements:

1.  Palo Alto Firewall

2.  Cisco IOS

3.  Cisco Catalyst Series

4.  LAN

5.  Visio

Top 5 Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.  day 1 cutover support

2.  t-shoot operational issues

3.  update documentation / diagrams

4.  customer service

5.  configuration assistance

• Person will act as lead engineer for multiple phases of total Fox project

• Will work in parallel with PM to align team with daily changes to implementation locations and availability.  This may require changes in start and end times as well as locations each day.

• Be available to answer a technical question from Fox team or to engage someone who can provide the information.

• Help ensure that deployment team remains agile in its ability to respond to a constantly changing environment.

• This is a live production project support role.  They will be traveling to other sites within LA County when needed.  Must have a reliable automobile.
