Application release & Infrastructure automation tools: Chef / Puppet / Rundeck / ScriptingContinuous Integration & Deployment Tools such
as Maven, Jenkins, Hudson etc
§ 6+ years' experience
§ strong knowledge in the following areas and tools and can show how these tools can be combined to deliver DevOps tool chains:
§ Application release & Infrastructure automation tools: Chef / Puppet / Rundeck / Scripting
§ Continuous Integration & Deployment Tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Hudson etc
§ Code management tools such as Git, Subversion etc
§ Continuous Automated Testing tools like Selenium, JUNIT etc.
§ Agile Planning and Bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.
§ Continuous monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix etc.
§ Log aggregation tools like Splunk, ELK etc.
§ Linux and Windows system administration skills
§ working knowledge and experience in the following development languages and frameworks: Java Tomcat
Ruby/Python HTML/CSS/Javascript .NET / JSON/XML/YAML
§ knowledge of service oriented architecture (building and consuming) – REST services
§ Expertise with Agile Development
§ Familiarity with integrated build systems and testing frameworks
§ Knowledge and experience in test automation.
Experience with distributed systems and database structures.
