Job Roles/Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant shall serve as the Open Text Content Suite Platform Integration Specialist of the ECM Support Team, which support a variety of ECM application servers in the development and production environments. This individual must be highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced with Open Text's Content Server (Livelink) suite of tools, and have strong experience in and the ability to troubleshoot Content Server-related problems. The Consultant shall work in a large corporate environment and under aggressive time lines supporting multiple concurrent projects.

The Consultant's responsibilities shall include, but not limited to the following:
1) Install, upgrade, configure, and support Open Text Content Suite Platform suite of applications including Content Server (Livelink), Directory Services, Archive Server and Records Management.
2) Optimize the effectiveness of Content Server Searching and Indexing Engines.
3) Install, configure, and support Open Text Extended ECM for SAP Solutions.
4) Install, configure, and support Open Text eForms Management.
5) Install, configure, and support Brava Enterprise Servers.
6) Provide second-tier user support to Content Server (Livelink) user community.
7) Provide technical support to various Content Server (Livelink) projects

 

Mandatory Skills (Pls. detail as much as possible):

 

Open Text Content Server (CS/Livelink) experience (3-5 years)
• Administration and Configuration of Content Server (CS/Livelink) and Archive Server (AS)
• Experience in CS and AS Upgrade, Testing and Implementation
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Architecture, Design and Troubleshooting
• Alert, Events, Notification configuration in (CS/Livelink) and Archive Server (AS)
• Experience in implementing OpenText monitoring tools
• Extensive knowledge with integrating OpenText clients e.g. Enterprise Connect with Microsoft suite of applications
• Experience with OpenText deployed in a different Operating Systems and Virtual environment
• Ability to identify the cause and resolution of desktop application, network, and security issues.
• Ability to successfully implement, build on, troubleshoot, and debug a particular Microsoft technology, such as a Windows operating system, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Visual Studio

 

Preferred Skills (Pls. detail as much as possible):

 

OpenText Content Server (CS/Livelink) development experience using Oscript, Workflows, Web/Live Reports, HTML, Java Script, Oracle PL/SQL
• Develop specific instance solutions for new requirements and bug-fixes using the following technologies (but not limited to):
o Livelink 9.7.1/CS 10
o Livelink Builder
o Oscript
o Weblingo
o HTML/JavaScript/XML
o Ajax
o Java/J2EE
o LAPI
o Web Services
o SQL queries
• OpenText Integrations/Solution experience e.g. AGA, xECM
• Certification: MCITP, MCTS and/or MCSE desired but not required
