Job Title: Mobile Application Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12+ Months C2C/C2H

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the offshore development team on the execution of mobile application for iOS and Android
• Meet with business stakeholders and technical directors to discuss requirements and analyze technical limitations.
• Coordinate the timeline of features and defects to be handled by the development team in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Assist in development tasks by clearing out technical roadblocks related to internal issues or in collaboration with other technical teams.
• Identify and discuss the best solution approach to satisfy the business requirements for a given solution.
• Collaborate with and report to the broader architecture team handling mobile solution development.
• Schedule meetings with the development team to overview progress and participate in all Agile ceremonies during development.
• Overview the build and release process for the assigned mobile application.

Required Experience: (Must Have)
• 4+ years' experience in mobile app development and design (both iOS and Android)
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Experience leading development teams
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Working understanding of mobile development methodologies and challenges with proven experience in delivery according to predefined processes

Preferred Experience: (Nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Version One
• Experience on web design and development (HTML5 / CSS / JS)
• Experience on RxJava library for Android and Gradle scripts configuration
• Experience on custom UI design for iOS
• Experience with Hybrid frameworks such as Cordova, Ionic, React Native and Xamarin
