Required skills:

• Five years as a BI Developer
• Strong SSIS, Informatica, or IBM InfoSphere Datastage skills
• Strong SQL skills
• The ability to quickly identify problems and bring them to resolution
• The ability to analyze existing code and optimize it for maintainability/efficiency
• Data Analytics, including unstructured data
• Data visualization
• Understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling concepts
• Advanced SQL query capabilities
• Ability to create and edit SSIS packages
• Ability to create and edit SQL scripts and stored procedures 

Other skills that are desirable:

• Hadoop
• SQL Fuzzy matching using Levenshtein, Soundex, or other methods
• Big Data experience using IBM Pure Data Analytics or TeraData
• Retail systems experience
