Location: Chicago(Downtown), IL | Lincolnshire | Lincolnshire, IL
Triage Issues with the Application - Provide Workarounds/Solution- Root Cause Analysis- Provide Permanent Corrective Action- Service/Process Improvements- Participate in Cadence meetings with Business/IT- Send Status reports- Work with Project team, DBA team, other teams in the ecosystem seamlessly
IBM Sterling 9.4 - Java EE / JSP- Development Experience integrating IBM sterling with different sources- Support and Maintenance experience.
Exposure to Marketing IT technologies like Salesforce- Exposure to Sales and Marketing domain
