· Ability to interact and present to decision makers

Communication Skills: 10/10 communication skills are required
Tester:
· Strong experience with SNAP/TANF Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) is required
· SNAP/TANF IES experience must be with a State Government environment.
· Strong verbal and written communications experience is required
· Testing experience in a Java environment
· Strong technical skills
