AGILE ,
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT,
Experience in Property and casualty Insurance or working in Property and casualty Insurance Industry,
project management.
Lean Six Sigma Consultant – Claims Process Improvement with extensive experience in Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement in Insurance Industry particularly doing CI&O initiatives for Claims departments. The resource will participate in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Activities including but not limited to implementing recommendations that are identified as part of the CI Initiative.
Required Experience:
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
· Minimum 15+ Years of Experience in Process Optimization & CI
· Deep Understanding of Agile, Kanban & Kaizen Methodologies
· Strong E&S Claims Background
· Project Management Skills and ability to lead
· Significant experience with Lean projects on Claims Process Improvements including process mapping, identifying process improvement opportunities and proven expertise with demonstrating operational efficiencies with the Claims processes
· Extensive experience with developing metrics/KPI's, Performance Hubs, and other tools that can be leveraged for CI Implementations.
· Proficient in Process Mapping, Analysis Activities and Microsoft Office Tools particularly using Microsoft Visio and expertise with Microsoft Excel
· Hands-On resource and should be able to do most of the activities by themselves
· Strong communication skill and inter-personal skills
· Team Player and ability to lead the time
· Self-Motivator and get things done with minimal supervision
· Quick Learner and ability to adapt to the CI approach & Culture
