Skills Required and Job Description:
MOI:-Telephonic followed by Skype USC/GC/Ead-GC-Only Public Sector client The person needs excellent skills both technical and communication. The candidate will assist personnel with established internal projects in the environment to achieve desired results. The candidate will work with projects associated with PeopleSoft HCM systems integrating attributes of these systems to current and required standards. Purpose: Design, planning, coding, testing, and delivery of required functional and technical specifications and designs in order to meet business requirements and departmental standards. Essential Functions: - Responsible for designing, analyzing and executing technical projects, work with PeopleSoft team and business users in different divisions to define business requirements.
- Responsible to work with functional analyst to develop and modify reports in variety PeopleSoft modules using SQR, crystal, and query.
- Develop and/or modify PeopleSoft objects including People Code, application engine programs, pages and component. Table's set-up, configuration and layout as required.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and the delivered vendor application. Propose solutions and approach to closing gaps via process re-design or system functionality.
- Ensure project integration by communicating finding and activities to Project Manager and with other teams.
- Identify problems and/or potential issues and formulate systematic solutions of propose business process alternatives to meet business requirements.
- Seek input and feedback from other end users.
- Develop and execute test plans. Develop workflow specifications. Facilitate resolutions of open issues.
- Support and/or perform package installation and configuration activities.
- Manage and perform a wide variety of non-routine and diverse workflow/system analyses requiring the use of financial and problem solving skills.
Other Responsibilities: - Helpdesk support; end-user training, document technical specifications, change control standardization and implementation. Additional opportunity for PeopleSoft project management.
