` Job Title: .NET Developer with AWS Location:  Irvine, CA           Duration: 6 months Rate: OPEN                                                             Our Client is looking for a bright, passionate and dedicated individual to help with platform migration and development in the AWS Cloud. This individual would be responsible for writing high quality of code, understand AWS architecture and would also help with ongoing project efforts for Our Client. This will include working closely with our Manager, Software and Database to implement a variety of web, SaaS, DevOps types of changes that requires us moving to our next generation platform. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining new and existing technologies SOAP based services, scheduled jobs, RESTful API (micro services) in AWS, and responding to incidents.

Primary Responsibilities & Objectives: Contributes to Our Client's product development team moving to AWS Cloud Design, build and deploy next generation cloud applications in public and private cloud infrastructure. Develop a high quality software to be consumed by internal and external users Use the latest technologies and best practices to deliver the products Review existing system of scheduled jobs to assist with issues and/or incidents Collaborate within and outside the team to achieve high quality and predictable results Qualifications, Skills & Education: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience BA/BS or higher in a computer software or related field or equivalent experience Knowledge of AWS and other public and private cloud infrastructures Knowledge and experience in multi-tier, distributed architecture 5+ years of .NET (C# and VB.NET), WCF or SOAP/Web API 1+ years of AWS (Lambda or Docker exp. is a plus) Understanding of REST API and Micro Services Experience as DevOps (Jenkins, GitHub, and etc.) Preferred 10+ years of professional software engineering experience In-depth knowledge of AWS and other public and private cloud infrastructures Strong knowledge and experience in multi-tier, distributed architecture Solid object oriented design and programming (OOP) with C# or java 7+ years of .NET (C# and VB.NET), WCF or SOAP/Web API 1+ year of JavaScript (node.js, Angular.js, gulp, React.js, Backbone.js, and etc.) and MVVP pattern 2+ years of AWS (Lambda or Docker exp. is a plus)
