Title: Sr Oracle SOA Developer
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Requirements :
JOB SUMMARY: This position is a member of the IT development team and is responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of the software used in our system integrations. As a member of the development organization, this position is also responsible for contributing to the development of best-practice materials, and helping to improve Client 's software development processes, tools, and techniques.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Design, develop, and test integration applications utilizing Oracles integration technologies
Contribute to the improvement of Client's development environments and tools, software development methods and approaches, and production support tools
Other duties as directed by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Computer Science or similar field
3 Years experience with Oracle Service Bus
Strong Emphasis on Pipeline development, JCA adaptors, JMS, XSLT mapping, security, and mediation.
Design, develop and enhance end to end system solutions based on SOA pattern modeling integration and Oracle 11g/12c platform, Web services and Oracle Service Bus
Proficient with Weblogic and OSB deployment and continuous integration practices
Experience building/exposing/consuming Restful and SOAP services over Oracle Service Bus
3 Years experience with SOA methodologies, technologies and integration patterns
3 Years Java experience with JEE framework
Experience with Oracles WebLogic server
Extensive experience and knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSLT transformations, XSD and Style sheet etc.)
Solid understanding of REST architecture and REST maturity models
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Strong customer service, teaching, and mentoring skills
Proven software design, technical change management, testing, and upgrade/maintenance experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a projects-based, team environment
Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
OTHER BENEFICIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
Familiarity with SQLServer, Oracle and DB2/iSeries databases
Oracle SOA Suite experience including BPEL, Human Task and Business Rule.
Familiarity with Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)
Knowledge of HTML, HTML5, JSF and Javascript tools such as JQuery
Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JMS, EJB's
