Voice Engineering	Design Engineer	Denver, CO	The Engineer, 911 Engineering is responsible for providing execution leadership relating to Test/Certification and Discovery validation and the ongoing audit of the integrity of the Company's network for emergency calling. Facilitates single point of contact for Company network design teams to collect requirements and apply designs for 911 call routing. Administers required design documents as specified by external organizations including Engineering Bulletins. Maintains contact with PSAPs (Public Service Answering Points) to discover network termination requirements, contact information and routing needs	The Engineer 3 has strong technical network design and troubleshooting skills and actively supports other team members to design and test emergency network routing. Possesses and demonstrates advanced knowledge of Telephony network design and capacity management principles, and advanced proficiency level required to perform assigned job functions and responsibilities. The Engineer 3 works independently with minimal-to-no supervision while also demonstrating the ability to lead projects and initiatives autonomously.
