2. Perform upgrade of On-premises JIRA Server. Perform migration to JIRA cloud, associated testing and issue resolution
3. Communicate effectively on estimated timelines, status, road-blocks
4. Self-driven and able to deliver based on goals, and doesn't require managing at task level
