Role:- SAP CRM Consultant

Location:- Bridgewater, NJ

Duration:- 6+ Months Contract

 

Job description: 

·         Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware 

·         Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions

·         Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts

·         Testing, assist in the development of test scripts

·         Finalize the configuration & support the solution

·         Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives

·         Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs

·         Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

·         SAP ABAP knowledge is nice to have.

Minimum Qualifications –

·         Good experience needed in WEBUI, Web Channel, CRM 7.0 + Customer Interaction Center and Enterprise Mobility Applications workflow management

·         CRM Middleware for integrating CRM, SAP R/3 System and Mobile clients

·         Experience Transaction launcher, GENIL and BOL objects

·         Excellent in communication skills & client management
