Job Description:
·        Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules : Core HR, Payroll
·        End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion
·        Experience in implementation of Payroll in Fusion Apps
·        Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Benefits
·        Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
·        Deep Experience on Payroll related business processes.
·        Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
·        Knowledge in Data Masking (Desirable)
·        Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
·        Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, CRPs, developing prototypes and building reference models
·        Good Communication and status reporting with customer
·        Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team
·        Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
·        Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis
·        Commitment to delivering a high quality work product
