Job Description: 

Our client is in the process of replacing its legacy plan check tracking and permitting system with a new system known as Electronic permitting and inspections.

The system is based on Tyler Technology's mobile-enabled and Geographic Information System-based (GIS) software known as EnerGov. 

EnerGov software uses Crystal Reports as its main reporting tool.

To this end, our Client requires the assistance of outside resources to help in the development of new reports. 

The Consultant will also help in the modification of existing reports.

 DUTIES

 The Consultant shall perform all of the following duties:

• Gather and document report requirements from business users.
• Design, develop, implement, document and maintain a report based on the report requirements.
• Modify existing reports based on business requirements.
• Work with staff to ensure that the new and modified reports meet minimum performance specifications.
• Provide recommendations for report format and performance optimization while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Write functions, stored procedures, and queries in Transact-SQL.
• Provide guidance to staff for Crystal Report solutions.

Requirements

The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications: 

·                          Four (4) years of experience within the last five (5) years analyzing, designing, developing and implementing Crystal Reports. 

·                          Four (4) years of programming and development experience within the last five (5) years that includes all of the following:

·                          T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

·                          Crystal reports.

·                          SQL Server databases.

·                          Relational databases.

·                          Microsoft Operating system.

 

 

NOTE: We are working with tier-1 vendor.
