Duration: 6 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Note: Pega Certified Business Architect
• 9-10 yrs of experience in Business System Analysis and 4+ years as a Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) is must and Pega Certified Systems Architect (CSA)
• Complex cross functional Implementation experience with Pegasytems BPMS, including leading Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions
• Solid Analytical, Business Process Modeling, and User Design expertise
• Cost and Benefit analysis experience
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
• Hands on exp on Testing - creating , writing , exceution test cases in PEGA
• Extensive experience documenting business requirement documents, test plans, test scripts.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Access, MS Project, MS Excel and Visio
• Create all necessary project documentation required for User Acceptance team.
• Create verification plans and review with all parties involved in implementation.
• Support implementation weekend and ensure that project status updates are provided of verification efforts.
• Ability to support multiple projects and production maintenance items. Gather necessary data from projects and produce dashboard reports.
• Assist SME with training to users that are new to the system and any projects where process is changing.
• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
• Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.
• Knowledge with International applications and some SWIFT knowledge.
• Knowledge of Pega Systems and Payment Investigation processes.
• Should be proficient with Quality Center or ALM and all testing pieces within application.
• Excellent time management skills to be able to support multiple projects at one time.
• Excellent Communication skills, Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
