Job Title: JavaScript Engineer/Developer

Location: NYC, NY (Local Only)

Duration: 3-6+ month project with possible extension

Must be local to NYC. 

 The data analytics team is currently developing custom dashboards with Webpack, React, Redux, D3js, along with a variety of other tools. We are looking for an experienced JavaScript engineer (2 - 3 years of industry experience minimum ) to join our small team.

Required:

• Experience with React 
• Working knowledge of NodeJS 
• Knowledge of Redux ecosystem 
• Experience with Webpack 
• SASS/CSS skills 
• Experience with at least one build tool (we use Gulp) 
• Familiar with frontend testing tools (we use mocha, chai, and karma)

Nice to have: 
• Experience with server-side rendering techniques 
• Experience working in a test driven development environment 
• Familiarity designing API micro services 
• Basic knowledge of GraphQL

• Self-starter who see "I don't know" as a challenge rather than an obstacle 
• Can work within tight deadlines to deliver product 
• You excel collaborating within a team environment 
• You are interested in growing your skills and learning about emerging technologies
