Requisition Details 

Senior Tableau Developer

• Tableau Developer should have 3-7 yrs. of Tableau Development Experience
• Tableau developer with understanding /experience in SAP HR analytics/database
• Resource needs to be able to lead business data discoveries.
• Resource must have the ability to lead the business in discovering value in the data using Tableau.
• Educate the business on the power of Tableau in exploring the data.
• Help develop and capture KPI's in the business by exploring the data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can guide teams on best practices and standards of using Tableau.
• Create highly visual analytical dashboards using Tableau.
• Needs the ability to lead Tableau Dashboard design efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to produce Executive Level Tableau Dashboard visualization for Senior Management
• Tableau SME with strong expertise in Tableau visualization / Reporting on complex projects.
• Work closely with Business Product Leads to solicit visualization requirements, recommend changes, create prototypes, demo prototypes, and provide thought leadership for Advance Tableau capabilities and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to produce Executive Level Tableau Dashboard visualization for Senior Management
• Tableau SME with strong expertise in Tableau visualization / Reporting on complex projects.
