Technical/Functional Skills   -MUST HAVE SKILLS	·        .NET Experience required: 4-6 years. ·        Microsoft .NET Framework - Application Programming Languages (C#,VB ,VBA, & VB6) ·        In depth experience in Object oriented design. ·        Experienced in .Net 2.0 and above Framework. ·        Experience in developing desktop applications. ·        Relational database design and development (SQL Server / Oracle) ·        MSSQL 2005 and 2008 / Oracle Data bases. ·        Deep expertise / Very Strong Windows Services and Web Services. ·        Working knowledge on XML and Web Services related technologies ·        Experience with Data driven applications. ·        Flexible to move on to any other technologies. ·        Work effectively with team members. Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment, with the ability to work effectively with other. ·        Experience in trouble shooting and debugging .NET applications. Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication and articulation skills
Roles & Responsibilities	·        Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. ·        Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. ·        Should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. ·        Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
