Role : Big data Architect

Location : San Ramon CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Skill Required:  Cloudera, Hadoop, HDFS, HBASE, Spark, Storm, HIVE, Pig, NoSQL

 

Job Description

·         Must have worked in Big Data technologies for at least 5 yrs in Architecting & Consulting roles.

·         Hands on experience on Hadoop technologies(Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Map reduce Framework & HDFS).

·         Good understanding and working knowledge of SOA architecture and its related technologies

·         Experience with integration/ingestion of data from multiple data sources(Structured and Unstructured).

·         Fair knowledge on NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, HBase, Cassandra etc.

·         Must have experience in understanding business vision to prepare ETL solution architecture

·         Identifying solutions to key technical challenges in projects concerning Data Integration

·         Knowledge of building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as Storm or Spark-Streaming

·         Exposure to any scripting languages (Perl / Python / shell script etc.)

·         Fair knowledge on Analytics & Visualization

·         Exposure on Big Data ML toolkits, such as Mahout, SparkML
