Job Title: EDI Contractor
Location: Bay Shore, NY area.
M.O.I. : Only 1 onsite interview (F2F)

Need a temporary consulting resource to assist with some backlog of onboarding requests and some EDI issues left over from a recent system migration. They would be supporting analysts in getting open tickets resolved, cleaning up some APP file specs, working through some portal-based onboardings, and interfacing with IBM/Sterling on mapping issues (which is outsourced). The support work is not mapping per se, but more of a liaison role between the business units and IBM, as well as QA testing of new maps / map changes, and support ticket analysis. They won't be doing mapping/translation and don't need Gentran experience, but knowledge of EDI is needed. They will be rewriting some APP file specifications, so light-duty technical documentation would be needed.
