Title: Agile Product Owner
Duration:6 Months+ Extension
Location: El Segundo, CA,
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description:
· Represents the ³voice of the customer² by effectively maintaining and prioritizing the backlog
· Ensure teams are working on user stories that maximize business value and delivers functionality our end consumers will desire
· Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
· Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
· Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for the DFW product
· Produce well-defined and well-written acceptance criteria that is comprehensive, detailed and can be leveraged for automated test creation
· Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers
· Iteratively test, validate and accept stories as part of the sprint cycle
· Managing workflow and updates in Jira and Agile Craft
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business or related field
· 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
· Experience with Agile at scale in large enterprise organizations
· Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org certifications
· Superior mentoring, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
· Strong product domain knowledge including feature prioritization, market/competitive analysis, metrics, and data-driven decisions
· Experience with Jira and Agile Craft a plus Experience with SAFe, certification a plus
· Experience working with distributed teams a plus
