Compensation management consultant to primarily work as a BSA for Client's Reporting requirements for an ongoing Compensation Management implementation project.
Consultant has to understand the data /reporting requirements from business and translate to the implementation partner.
There's supposedly a catalog of 40 compensation reports which will be required.
