Description is seeking to hire a WebServices developer and Weblogic/OSB Administrator within the Data Analytics and Business Services division. This is a high visibility role and provides an opportunity to interact with our customers, lead the development of software system solutions for government agencies, and be part of a highly successful team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner and has a track record of being a creative problem solver. The candidate should have a full understanding of software engineering and system design and development from the top (e.g., system architecture and service specification) to bottom (e.g., software coding), and possess strong technical, consulting and presentation skills. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a public trust clearance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide full SDLC support for development of WebServices
· Provide SOA Production Support
· Communicate technical issue to Vendors and Customer
· Provide full life-cycle support for all input/output processes and services such as the composite OSB Services, Service operations and the Oracle views.
· Monitor and respond to user requests and associated trouble tickets and resolve all trouble tickets in a timely manner.
· Provide input to status reports.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 4+ years experience developing WebServices
· 2+ years experience with WebLogic/OSB administration
· 8+ years of IT experience
· Ability to design and develop new OSB web services based on Web orchestration tools and the Informatica MDM SIF API.
· Ability to act as lead Java/J2EE developer for the update or rewrite of existing web services and the creation of new web services
· Recent experience in a Java/J2EE development role
· Experience installing and optimizing Oracle WebLogic
· Experience setting up domains under Oracle WebLogic
· Experience setting up managed server environments
· Experience installing and configuring the Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
· Experience installing Oracle Database and configuring tablespaces.
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Demonstrated strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical skills, team leadership, and collaboration
· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work productively with the other members of the team and with members of other IT and Business teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 years (Informatica) MDM project experience.
· Scrum or other agile methodology project experience.
· Previous experience with Federal Government contracting a plus.
