Title                       : PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Duration              : 6 months

Location               : Mason, OH

Interview            : Skype or Telephonic

 

Requirement:

·         8-12 years experience working in PeopleSoft HCM , ebiz HCM and Fusion HCM cloud Implementation projects, upgrades, development and Support and Maintenance.

·         Strong PeopleSoft HCM 9.X/9.2 version hands on Techno functional experience .

·         In depth knowledge in any functional area of PeopleSoft HCM , Fusion HCM and Taleo cloud technical experience.

·         Experience in designing and configuring PeopleSoft HCM and Fusion applications for at least 5 end-to-end implementations.

·         Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives

·         Ability to effectively work and collaborate with business users

·         In-depth Knowledge of Application Designer, People Code, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query and Integration tools.

·         Able to translate customer's requirements and issues into efficient solutions.

·         Need Strong Oracle HCM solution experience.

·         Strong Oracle Cloud Data migration and Oracle cloud integrations experience

·         Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a teams.

·         PeopleSoft Mobility experience is additional value.
