Job Description:
· The lead developer will be responsible for design, development and delivery of Banking Applications.
· The role requires both the ability to provide technical oversight and leadership to development teams as well as being "hands-on" and applying creative thinking and quick solutioning.
· The developer will be responsible for design and development of application systems Designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements. Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture.
· Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture Resolves user issues and suggestions.
Detail JD: Java with online banking.
To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
(1.) To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Additional requirements:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· More than 7 years' experience in JAVA and J2EE with below mentioned skills.

· Primary Technology – J2EE, SPRING, Hibernate—Subject Matter expert
· Secondary skill – xPress, Webclient – Extensive Experience.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
· 7-10+ years of experience developing Java Web applications.
· Strong knowledge of Java/Jee and object oriented analysis and design with proven experience in developing MVC based web applications and systems of medium to high technical complexity.
· A working knowledge of Spring (WS/MVC), web services and web logic.
· Application development in a J2EE environment, utilizing an Agile/SCRUM methodology
· BS / MS or technical institute degree / certificate in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, technical designations and work experience
· Online Banking Experience, Payments/Transfers, Bank Open Account, Bank enrollment, required.
· Online Banking Experience with Fidelity FIS systems is a big plus.
· Domain - Online Banking experience..
