  1) Role: Bench Sales 
  Experience level: 3-5 years (No Senior Profiles) and Fresher's  are Welcome
  Location: Hyderabad
  
  Requirement
  3+years of experience working with an US IT Solutions / Staffing company. Must  have solid experience in working with diversified Employees / Consultants in  USA.
  -Experience in establishing relationship and network with companies/vendors and  candidates to find appropriate opportunities to place Bench candidates.
  -Must have strong existing relationship with prime/ Tier 1 vendors to market  our Bench candidates.
  -Should coordinate with candidates from beginning to end involving job  search,agreement, rate negotiations, resume and interview preparation,  Interview feedback, placement coordination and build a strong relationship with  candidates.
  -Must be able to place our Consultants on contract positions with Direct,  Indirect channels.
  -Should have a drive to succeed and offer consistent placements based on the  targets defined by the company.
  -Should have excellent spoken and written English skills.
  -Should be able to take initiatives when necessary.
  -Must have experience working with different employment types (W2, 1099,C2C),  Tax Terms, Visa/Immigration policies etc.
  
  2) Role: US IT Recruiter: (Immediate Opening)
     Experience level: 3-5 years (No Senior Profiles and Fresher's  Please)
     Location: Hyderabad Only
     
  Requirement: 
  §  Work experience in US  Recruitment cycle.
  §  Strong experience working  with US Citizen/Green Card/EAD/H1B/OPT/CPT consultants. Must have good  understanding on all IT technologies Maintaining database of resume following  up with candidates.
  §  Working Experience with W2/  1099/ Corp-to-Corp/Full time. 
  §  Good work experience in cold  calling, rate negotiation, good convincing and closing skills.
  §  Proficient in using Job  Boards like Dice, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Google and Free Job Sites etc. to Source  Candidates.
   Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand  their competencies & skill sets.
  §  Meeting recruitment targets  within defined timelines.
  §  Exceptional Self Motivational  Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
  §  Good attitude, team player,  target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
  §  Excellent written and oral  communication skills in English.
*Interviews will be conducted after 9 PM IST till 2 AM IST (Night hours)*
