Job Desired skill and Responsibilities:

1.       Implement, Administer and support of our client's ServiceNow.

2.       Configure Workflow, Application UI and Customize ServiceNow applications, Perform minor enhancements requests to the client's ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system 

3.       properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflow

4.       Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow

5.       Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests

6.       Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions

7.       Ensure latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations

8.       Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools

9.       Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible

10.   Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments
