Role:                UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) Consultant
Location:        Phoenix, AZ
Duration:       12 months contract
MOI:               Telephonic + Skype
 

Required Network Engineer who have UCCE Experience.

 

Skills Required:
 

• 4-8 years experience ( More experience is ok too )
• 
  Working experience / good understanding of UCCE 8.5/10.5, Call Manager 8.5/10.5, CUSP, Voice gateways, CTIOS 10.5, Finesse, Web technologies( Video protocols like webRTC), INCRP gateways.
• 
  CVP Java and VXML is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• 
  Strong communication skills with the desire to take on and learn new things as required.
