Location : Jacksonville, FL, US
Role : Support Engineer.
Experience : 6+ years

Skill Summary

Knowledge of UNIX, SQL, Basic Scripting Basic knowledge of Oracle database management system, Performance Analysis A proven track record in application or/and service management is required for a minimum 5 year period in a large corporate environment (investment bank preferred) Experience of end to end Level 2 management and good overview of Production/Operations Management overall Extensive experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains Strong communication both written and verbal / relationship management skills Capability to interact successfully in a virtual, multi vendor and multi cultural environment
