Job Title: Change release management
Location: DETROIT, MI
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Essential Skills:
Current processes in scope include Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Request fulfillment, Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Release 2 focuses on the implementation of Change Management Process and tool implementation (Service Now Change Module).
Desirable Skills
• ICT Stakeholder Analysis for CHMA/EZ/SAP/EUS: conduct Stakeholders interviews, analyze the results and define the action plan
• Organizational Change Impact Assessment: Identify the impact magnitude in the ICT Areas (work with SPOCS to do it)
• Job roles and profiling: Map the actual ICT roles (HR roles) on CHMA process Roles
• Job Role Impact Analysis: Start / Stop / Continue – collect necessary information/input an make the documents
• ITIL Users data gathering: collect the whole list of ITIL users in scope
• ITIL Users/ Job Roles mapping: map ITIL users with process job roles
• Training Strategy definition: cooperate to define training strategy
• Training Catalog definition: give suggestions for training strategy, if required
• Job Aids and quick reference guide: collect needed information and make the documents
• Help with training document, if required
• Training document translation, if needed
• Detailed Training Plan definition: collect all impacted users, create classes, schedule them, identify which type of training people need to perform and put them in the right classes
• Send Training invitation
• Prepare signature paper, feedback sheet, set up knowledge test
• Send UAT invitation, prepare signature paper for UAT
• Update Communication plan: regional and global version
• Define and maintain communication strategy
• Define global and regional contents for communications
• Create Project newsletter, send it out
• Create other contents for communications
• Change Readiness Assessment: set up questionnaire and perform Runs, analyze results
• Prepare and send End Users and ITIL users communication
