Sr.\Lead Pega developer
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Long Term
Requirements:
· Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry
· Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V7.X tools and leads development activities
· Knowledge of PEGA PRPC V7.X architecture
· Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds
· Contributes to best practice definitions
· Critically reviews work of other team members
· Analyzes, Identifies and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V7.X
· Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule
Skills:
· Must have min 8+ years of IT experience
Must have 3-4 years in PEGA.
· CSSA Certification is a Big Plus
Nice to have Exposure or experience in Pega 7.1
· Experience in requirement gathering, designing class structures and flows, code reviews and knowledge repository
· Experience working with Ul technologies such as HTML, JavaScript is preferred
· Strong working knowledge or Pega Standards and Guardrails. Design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills.
· Experience in Dialog scripts, coaching tips and context sensitive help
· Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails
