Seeking a Senior IT Consultant to join the EGMS grants development team. The Senior IT Consultant will be responsible for implementing backend system changes to existing grants in EGMS. The Senior IT Consultant is expected to work with the grant program managers (Business Stakeholders) to get an accurate understanding of changes to existing grants. The senior IT consultant will also manage EGMS users, setup security groups and build ad hoc reports. The Senior IT Consultant should be familiar with the grant life-cycle process on the Federal, State and local levels.
