Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Techno Functional consultant at Minneapolis, Minnesotta.
Below is the job description we are looking for.
| Duration: 4 to 6 months (maybe extended) Start Date: Immediate Location: Client Location in Minneapolis, Minnesotta
Profile Needed: Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant with exposure in implementing HCM Modules like HR, Payroll.
Job Description 1) Mandatory knowledge of Oracle R12 and Fusion HR suite of products – HCM including HR, Payroll 2) Experience of implementing Fusion on Cloud will be an added plus 3) Good command and domain knowledge on Human capital management, HRMS, Payroll and talent management processes 4) Good technical hands on experience in Fusion HR and Payroll 5) Minimum relevant experience of 5+ years.. 6) Excellent communication skills, documentation skills. Will be directly interfacing with senior business users and process owners. 7) Ability to work closely with the onshore and offshore team and interact with the client business and IT teams on a daily basis.
